Valentine’s Day is around the corner, and I wanted to share a few ideas to help you swoon your sweetie. The traditional flowers, heart shaped boxes of candy and teddy bears are always good, but these are so easy to come by, so showing a little creativity is always delightful.
Valentine’s Day is special because the focus is Love and there are so many ways to show someone you love them like, getting engaged, taking a nice vacation, or enjoying a nice dinner out.
The first thing to do is ask the person what they want, but if you want to surprise your love, ask a family member or a friend to ask for you. If none of the above is available, I am here to help you Get the perfect gift that will make your Valentine appreciate having you around.
Gifts for her: Perfume, Nightgowns/pajamas, Lingerie, gift cards for massages, the nail salon, gift cards for lunch at her favorite spots, cleaning services (house cleaners), cookware, vacuum cleaners, car detail, cash, target gift cards, jewelry, and chocolates of course.
Gifts for him: Barbeque grill, monogrammed aprons, sports hats, jerseys, game tickets, gas cards, wallets, socks, cash, cologne, razors, lawn mowers, and car wash kits.
Gifts for children: pajamas, gowns, socks, candy heart box, teddy bears, cupcakes for school, heart shaped pizza, candle making kits, video games and cash.
Gifts for best friends, pandora bracelets, make-up kits, cash, gift cards to Wal-Mart, dinner out, and gas cards.
Gifts for parents: cash, candy, a nice trip/vacation, pictures of the grandkids, pictures of the children, pay off the mortgage, and flowers.
My favorite idea is making homemade gifts for everyone, and I will include a how-to video for you to watch. Most people will appreciate a handmade gift because they tend to be more personable. Just about everyone loves coffee, so I’m going to show you how to make a special gift using coffee mugs and I found some cute ones that were only $6.99 for a set of two and some individual ones for a decent price as well, the next thing to do is buy a few things to go inside like, candy, socks, etc.
Just fill the cups with the items and you can also put the gift in a clear bag and tie a ribbon on it or just place them in a gift bag. You don’t have to use a coffee mug, be creative and use any type of container that can hold your goodies.
